Chef Saul Davide – Authentic Jamaican Jerk Sauce made in Dorset

The Jamaican Pimento tree is indigenous to the Caribbean islands and is the best producer of pimento. Also known in other parts of the world as ‘Allspice’, it is used in Jamaican dishes and is the central ingredient for my Jerk sauce. 

Straight from Bloxburgh (the pimentos), this Jerk Marinade sauce is made from the finest ingredients from Jamaica. 

This Jerk Sauce can be used on Chicken, Beef, Pork, Lamb, also seafood such as Lobster and Prawns. One customer even used it on Meatballs!

So you see the Jerk sauce is versatile in everyday cooking. Marinade for 2-3 days for best results. BBQ or Oven bake. It is not just used in Summer times, we use this sauce all year round.

I have been making this sauce now for 5+ years. I have been told that I should sell it online and spread the love of Jamaica, especially for those who have not visited Jamaica to taste the authenticity.
